TERMITE

Termites are small, wood-destroying insects that can cause significant damage to wooden structures and furniture in both residential and commercial properties. Known as “silent destroyers,” termites feed on cellulose found in wood, paper, and other plant-based materials. Without early detection, they can cause extensive damage, often unnoticed until it becomes a major problem.

How Do Termites Enter Your Premises?

๐Ÿ”น Underground Colonies โ€“ Most termites live underground in large colonies. They enter buildings through cracks in the foundation or walls, or by traveling along wooden structures.
๐Ÿ”น Wood-to-Wood Contact โ€“ Termites can travel along wooden fences, decks, or tree trunks that are in contact with a building.
๐Ÿ”น Damp Conditions โ€“ Termites are attracted to moisture-rich environments, such as areas with leaking pipes, poor drainage, or even basements and crawl spaces.

Our Termite Control Treatment Methods

โœ… Baiting Systemย โ€“ We place specialized bait stations around your property, which attract termites. The termites consume the bait, take it back to their colony, and share it, effectively eliminating the entire colony.

โœ… In-Ground Bait Station: We install bait stations in the ground around your property to target subterranean termites. These stations are designed to attract termites, which feed on the bait and carry it back to the colony, effectively eliminating it over time.

โœ… In-Concrete Bait System: This system is ideal for properties with concrete floors or those that are difficult to treat with traditional methods. The bait is placed under the concrete slabs, targeting termites that may be inside the structure.

โœ… Pre-Construction Treatment โ€“ For new homes or buildings, we offer pre-construction termite treatment to prevent future infestations by creating a barrier that protects the structure.

โœ… Post-Construction Treatment โ€“ For existing structures, we use targeted treatment methods, such as drilling and injecting termiticides, to control and eliminate active termites.
